Everything. We were very pleased with our stay in this hotel. Starting from an excellent design to quality of the finish: very spacious room, actually the most quiet room in our 45+ years of hotel experiences - feels very very private and relaxing, excellent bathroom, wifi. We used outside parking and underground garage as well - all fine. Great, very nice, relaxing swimming pool at the top with brilliant panorama, small but OK gym - all very easy to get to. Amazing breakfast - too good for slimming-down people!, great choice and big + for a chance of self-made vegie-fruit juice. Staff - most helpful and with a very positive attitude. Busy hotel but in a nice - not intimidating way. We have also tried the local restaurant - top class! Excellent location. We were born in Lodz and lived there for 30 or so years, and it was our first hotel-stay in this city. Therefore we were a bit apprehensive about what may expect, but it was a great experience - one of the best hotels on an absolute scale. We will stay there anytime we are in Lodz.

A really wonderful stay. The room was very lovely, spacious and with top cleanliness, the beds really comfortable, luxury bathroom. Breakfast was delicious with a big choice of dishes. Coffee and Tea in the room as accessories to the kettle and a bottle of water for free too. The staff was very helpful. The hotel is in a good location, not far from the city center. They have a big paid private parking, but it's possible to find places in the nearby streets too. Upon arrival we were given a delicious cookie as a welcome gift and another pleasant thing is fresh lemonade available for customers for free. This shows customer care and it is very welcome. When in Łódź we'll surely come back.

We were amazed by the hotel “DoubleTree by Hilton Łódź”. The hotel was very modern, stylish and very comfortable. Also we were very satisfied with room equipment - nice bathroom, spacious room and luxurious-feeling hotel premises. There were also amazing breakfast - starting with a smiling miss who prepared selected coffee, a great selection of food for breakfast, a machine for preparation of fresh juice, vege burgers, etc. The staff were very kind, helpful and also smiling. After check out, you were able to pay parking directly on the parking gate when exiting the garage. Highly appreciate this experience and looking forward to another experience. I am highly recommending this hotel!

In this hotel the exceptional and what exceeded my expectations was the rich breakfast. I'm vegan and was very positively surprised from the vegan options for the breakfast. Also the rest of the breakfast buffet was big, with a variaty of options, but for me most important was the vegan menu. Usually I eat fruits for breakfast in the hotels, because there are not vegan options. The receptionist welcomed us with fresh hot cookies, this was also a nice surprise. The hotel is very clean, new, modern style.

Nice hotel, fresh and comfortable. The location is very convenient: next to the park and not far from the pedestrian zone. The hotel has good, fast internet. The room is well equipped and comfortable. The bed is big with good mattress and pillows. The service is excellent. I would especially like to mention the administrator Karolina. The spa area is very good. The breakfast is very good. A variety of dishes, fruits, drinks. Everything is very delicious.
